Billing Support Executive

The Billing Support Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, addressing customer queries related to invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing data. This role demands precision, responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset to uphold Prana’s service standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management:
  • Generate, verify, and dispatch invoices as per defined schedules
  • Ensure accuracy in billing amounts, tax components, and customer details
  • Customer Support:
  • Respond to billing-related queries via email, phone, or ticketing systems
  • Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior teams
  • System Operations:
  • Work on internal billing platforms and CRM tools
  • Track billing delays, rebills, and maintain audit trails
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain records of billing transactions for audits and internal reviews
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and statutory requirements
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports
  • Highlight trends, delays, and error patterns for process improvement

Education : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

Technical Skills :Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and CRM tool

Experience: 1 year in billing, accounts receivable, or customer support roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
