Role Overview

We are looking for a Booking Manager to oversee reservations, optimize occupancy, and manage booking channels across all Hamsun properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between guests, front office, and sales teams while maximizing revenue and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reservations across all properties (Shahrah-e-Faisal, Clifton, Extension)
  • Handle bookings from OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.), direct website, and WhatsApp
  • Optimize room inventory, pricing, and availability to maximize occupancy
  • Coordinate with front desk and operations team for smooth check-ins/check-outs
  • Manage and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and update Beds24 / booking system regularly
  • Track corporate bookings and long-stay clients
  • Ensure accurate billing, confirmations, and reservation records
  • Analyze booking trends and suggest improvements for revenue growth
  • Handle overbookings, cancellations, and special requests efficiently

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in hotel reservations / booking management
  • Familiarity with OTAs, channel managers (Beds24 preferred), and hotel systems
  • Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Good understanding of corporate bookings and hospitality sales
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / reporting
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling corporate clients & long stays
  • Knowledge of rate strategies and occupancy optimization
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp-based guest handling
  • Experience in boutique hotels or serviced apartments
