Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and employee management

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and goals

Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions

Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting the bank's products and services

Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, providing coaching and training as needed

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and enhance customer experience

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and activities to senior management
