Branch Manager

Job Title: Branch Manager – Precast industry

Job Purpose:

Manage and optimize branch operations, including production, planning, and resource allocation, to ensure timely project delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards by leading multi-department teams, streamlining workflows, and coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently and effectively.
• Manage production, planning, and forecasting to meet project timelines.
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Supervise multi-department teams and manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management.
• Monitor and review cost reports, implementing cost control measures.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and take corrective actions.
• Maintain strong customer relations and client coordination.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in the precast concrete or construction materials industry(mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing operations(mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience in production management, planning, and forecasting.
• Proven track record in quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities to handle multi-department operations.
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing cost reports and ensuring cost control measures.
• Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in customer relations and maintaining strong client coordination.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, ISO procedures, and QA/QC systems within the precast industry.
• Financial background is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
