Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, team management, and overall branch growth for our beauty training institute. The role requires managing admissions, staff, trainers, and student experience while ensuring operational excellence and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations including admissions, administration, trainers, and student services
- Drive student admissions and revenue for beauty-related courses such as cosmetology, makeup, hair, skincare, and aesthetics
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff including academic counselors, trainers, and administrative team
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity
- Ensure smooth academic delivery, trainer coordination, and batch scheduling
- Handle student satisfaction, feedback, and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with Head Office on reporting, targets, staffing, and operations
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities related to beauty courses
- Monitor collections, expenses, and overall branch performance
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Represent the institute professionally at events, demos, and external interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Centre Head / Operations Manager
- Background in education, training institutes, or beauty industry preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Target-driven mindset with operational understanding
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
