Job Title: Branch Manager – Salon
Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations and staff supervision
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle appointments, customer complaints, and service quality
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Manage inventory and salon supplies
• Prepare basic operational and sales reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in management or operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle customers and manage a team
• Experience in salon, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus
