Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Strategy
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for baby care products.
- Support the Brand Manager in positioning the brand effectively within the market.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Monitor category performance and customer feedback to improve product positioning and communication.
Product & Launch Coordination
- Support in product development, packaging design, and promotional planning.
- Coordinate product launches and marketing activations in collaboration with sales, design, and supply chain teams.
- Track sales performance post-launch and prepare evaluation reports.
Marketing & Promotion
- Work with the creative team to develop digital and offline marketing materials.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
Reporting & Budgeting
- Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and expenses.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brands.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
