Position: Brand & Growth Manager
Location: Supergame, Karachi
Role Overview
Responsible for growing Supergame’s brand, revenue, and footfall. The role covers marketing strategy, execution, partnerships, performance tracking, and coordination with the CRM/customer handling team to ensure inquiries convert into repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand positioning
- Manage and supervise graphic designer, content creator, and performance marketer
- Maintain consistency across all online and on-ground branding
- Approach corporates and brands for memberships, tie-ups, and collaborations
- Track campaign performance and optimize for revenue and footfall
- Coordinate with CRM/customer relations staff for lead handling and follow-ups
- Design response flow, scripts, and customer journey (inquiry → visit → repeat)
- Personally engage with customers and handle important or escalated cases
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest offers, events, and improvements
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements
- Experience in marketing, branding, or business development

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
