Brand Manager (Digital & Organic Presence)

We are seeking a Brand Manager who will be responsible for building and strengthening our digital footprint, organic presence, and global reputation ensuringconsistently ranks No.1 among the top recruitment agencies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that highlight expertise and credibility.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, campaigns, and communication channels.
  • Enhance visibility across answer engines, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Design and implement content calendars, campaigns, and initiatives that boost engagement and organic growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and create actionable strategies to stay ahead.
  • Oversee videos, and social posts that align with recruitment trends and audience interests.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure video storytelling highlights recruitment success stories, campaigns, and brand reputation.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera for official brand videos, interviews, and promotional content.
  • Ensure content is optimized, relevant, and aligned with global branding.
  • Track KPIs such as traffic growth, lead conversions, and brand mentions.
  • Provide management with reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media growth strategies, and content marketing.
  • Creative thinker with strategic execution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social listening platforms.

· Propose a step-by-step strategy (covering SEO, content, and social media) to improve online presence and ranking in 2025.

· Highlight at least 3 measurable KPIs that should be tracked regularly.

Part 2: Competitor Benchmarking

· Select one Pakistani recruitment agency competitor.

· Compare their online presence with and suggest 2 strategies can implement to outperform them.
