About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Manager for our client — a leading FMCG company based in Saudi Arabia.
This is a hybrid position based in Pakistan, where you will collaborate directly with the Saudi marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in brand strategy, consumer marketing, and New Product Development (NPD), with a deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to build awareness, market share, and profitability.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product positioning strategies.
- Coordinate with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Oversee brand performance tracking, reports, and budget management.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies for marketing execution.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant FMCG experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
- Proven success in NPD (New Product Development) and product launches.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in New Product Development (NPD), including concept creation, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Prior experience managing regional or multinational FMCG brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, and trade marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional coordination.
- Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
