Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Strategic Head to lead our brand positioning, market strategy, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee brand development, market research, and strategic planning to ensure strong brand visibility and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market presence and growth.

• Lead strategic planning and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

• Oversee brand communication, campaigns, and positioning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, operations) to implement strategies.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.

• Manage external agencies, partnerships, and PR activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in brand management, strategy, or marketing leadership.

• Strong understanding of market research, brand positioning, and communication strategies.

• Proven track record in leading successful marketing and branding campaigns.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
