Brand Supply Chain Operations (BAU):
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing and supply delivery for core SKUs in line with agreed forecasts and production schedules.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to maintain steady brand availability.
- Identify and mitigate capacity, material, and operational risks affecting business-as-usual supply.
New Product Development & Launch Management:
- Operationalize approved NPD, relaunch, and portfolio expansion initiatives into detailed manufacturing and supply plans.
- Oversee end-to-end launch readiness, covering material availability, production trials, capacity planning, quality sign-offs, and initial shipments.
- Drive disciplined execution to meet launch timelines, flagging risks early and implementing corrective actions.
Supply Risk & Issue Management:
- Proactively assess supply vulnerabilities across ongoing operations and new launches; establish contingency measures for priority SKUs.
- Take ownership of resolving last-minute supply disruptions to ensure continuity of supply and on-time launches.
Performance Tracking & Governance:
- Monitor and analyze brand-level supply performance metrics, including service levels, OTIF, and launch execution.
- Present structured, insight-led updates on supply status, risks, and mitigation actions to key stakeholders.
- Lead post-launch and post-issue evaluations to strengthen processes and improve future delivery.
