Building Surveyor

Description:

• Inspect buildings for compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building assessments.
• Identify defects, issues, and risks, and recommend appropriate remedial actions or maintenance strategies.
• Should be able to Read and make CAD Drawings as per site conditions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a building or land surveyor (typically 2–5 years depending on level).
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
