Bus Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily transport operations
• Coordinate with transport contractors and ensure compliance
• Monitor driver performance, discipline, and attendance
• Ensure timely employee pick and drop as per approved routes
• Manage and optimize transport routes and schedules
• Ensure transport safety and compliance with company policies
• Handle transport-related issues and operational challenges
• Maintain transport records, documentation, and reports
• Ensure proper allocation of buses according to operational needs
• Report transport performance and incidents to management

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience

• 7 to 8 years of relevant transport management experience
• Experience in textile or manufacturing industry preferred
• Mandatory experience in dealing with transport contractors

Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Contractor and driver management ability
• Transport operations and route management knowledge
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good administrative and record-keeping ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Raiwind: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
