We're expanding our team and looking for a Senior Sales Representative who is ambitious, experienced, and ready to drive growth.

Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background, preferably in IT, software, or creative services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels
• Present and pitch our services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with project and marketing teams to close deals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role (preferably in a software house or digital agency)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of digital services (web development, design, branding, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead tracking
