What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Account Executive (AE):

• Meet with clients to understand their risks and design customized insurance solutions
• Present coverage recommendations, negotiate with carriers, and manage accounts
• Take ownership of assigned business accounts and provide proactive client service
• Mentor new team members and contribute to agency growth

As an Account Manager (AM):

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients—handling service needs with accuracy and care
• Maintain account files, process applications, and collaborate with AEs and sales staff
• Support onboarding of new clients while providing ongoing service and retention
• Engage in continuous learning to expand your insurance knowledge

Who We’re Looking For:

• Must have, or be able to obtain, a Property & Casualty Insurance License (company-paid support available) within 90 days
• Strong communicators who value teamwork and client relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable professionals who thrive in a service-driven role
• Goal-oriented individuals eager to learn, grow, and give back to their communities
