Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Alliances & Partnerships Manager to build and manage a robust network of partners, agents, and resellers to support our BPO service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BPO services, experience in managing indirect sales channels, and the ability to drive strategic partnerships to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and agents to promote BPO services.
- Develop and execute a strategic channel development plan to expand market reach and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
- Provide partners with training, marketing support, and resources needed to effectively sell BPO solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to align partner strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports, forecasts, and feedback.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure seamless communication and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4–6 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO services and outsourcing models (e.g., inbound/outbound, tech support, back-office, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop channel strategies and drive indirect sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in global markets and working with international partners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven by results.
