Business Analyst

Job Description

Amaris Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client team and support the integration of aviation content distribution services such as flight search, reservation, ticketing, and ticket change processes. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 2 days per week at either the Libadiye or Halkalı office.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility – Client Integration Support:

• Validate client API integrations by reviewing test environment implementations based on published technical documentation (certification process).
• Investigate and respond to client technical issues and questions during the testing phase.
• Troubleshoot client-specific issues or method-level inquiries in both test and production environments.
• Coordinate client activation by completing necessary configurations and ensuring smooth data flow.
  
  
  

Secondary Responsibility – Analysis & Testing Support:

• Conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis prior to new feature development.
• Prepare and maintain detailed analysis documentation.
• Perform analyst testing and support deployment activities.
• Collaborate on requirement gathering, business needs analysis, and project planning efforts.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Proven expertise in business analysis and API lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in:
• API Integration
• API Design
• API Testing
• Solid understanding of REST/XML APIs and integration best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for effective collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Experience in aviation, travel technology, or similar domains is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid and cross-functional team environments.
