Business Developer

About the Role:
Sybrid is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Developer to join our team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote and present company services to customers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience up to 3 years will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mindset.
