We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Developer to join our team on a part-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through platforms like LinkedIn, Fiverr, and Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Fiverr, and Upwork
- Create and optimize profiles, proposals, and outreach strategies on freelancing platforms
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch relevant services
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
- Track leads, proposals, and conversions to improve performance
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 1 to 3 years of Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork)
- Ability to write compelling proposals and messages
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development is a plus
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented mindset
