Business Developer (Part Time)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Developer to join our team on a part-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through platforms like LinkedIn, Fiverr, and Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Fiverr, and Upwork
  • Create and optimize profiles, proposals, and outreach strategies on freelancing platforms
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch relevant services
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
  • Track leads, proposals, and conversions to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • 1 to 3 years of Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork)
  • Ability to write compelling proposals and messages
  • Basic understanding of IT services and software development is a plus
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented mindset
