Business Development and Customer Relations Manager

Job Overview

Jacob Electric LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development and Customer Relations Manager to support our expansion in the United States market. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, and sales support to help grow our client base while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to client retention.

This job is conducted as a night shift in UAE due to time difference zone in United states. 5:30PM - 3:30AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market for electrical services and products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage customer communications through phone, email, and CRM platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and interactions in CRM systems
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives to expand the company's presence in the U.S. market
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing customers
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and sales performance

Duties

  • Manage daily client communications and relationship building
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and industry partners
  • Assist in contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) suitable for U.S. clients
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Experience using CRM systems and business software
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electrical services, construction, or technical service industries
  • Previous experience in business development, account management, or customer relations
  • Familiarity with U.S. business communication standards

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
