Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Topworker in Lucknow. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Meetings and Client Interactions*: Engage with potential customers, explain projects and schemes, and maintain a sales pipeline to close deals.

- *Sales Growth*: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- *Customer Relationships*: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- *Product Knowledge*: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.

Requirements:

- *Education*: Graduation mandatory in any discipline.

- *Experience*: Prior experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.

- *Skills*:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

- *Salary*: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
