Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and creating and delivering presentations. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, developing strategies for market penetration, and maintaining communication with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospective leads and follow up with warm leads
  • Introduce and explain company services to clients professionally
  • Gather basic client information and assess their level of interest
  • Schedule qualified appointments for closers and update CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up communication

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM tools preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
