Job Description: First Level Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated First Level Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves lead generation, outreach, and initial client engagement to build a strong sales pipeline for our consulting and SaaS solutions in the sustainability and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) space. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to learn sales processes, engage with potential clients, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through databases, industry directories, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Maintain and update lead lists in CRM.

Outreach & Engagement

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce company services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, pain points, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule introductory calls/meetings with senior consultants or sales managers.

Sales Support

  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and basic presentations under guidance.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with prospects.
  • Track responses, appointments, and client feedback.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the senior sales/consulting team for lead handover.
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline status.
  • Suggest improvements for sales scripts, campaigns, and lead management strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of sustainability, EPR, or compliance (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Growth Path

  • Stage 1 (First 6 months): Lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Stage 2: Transition into end-to-end sales ownership with training.
  • Stage 3: Potential to grow into Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
