Job Description: First Level Sales Executive
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated First Level Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves lead generation, outreach, and initial client engagement to build a strong sales pipeline for our consulting and SaaS solutions in the sustainability and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) space. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to learn sales processes, engage with potential clients, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients through databases, industry directories, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Maintain and update lead lists in CRM.
Outreach & Engagement
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce company services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, pain points, and decision-making process.
- Schedule introductory calls/meetings with senior consultants or sales managers.
Sales Support
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and basic presentations under guidance.
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospects.
- Track responses, appointments, and client feedback.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the senior sales/consulting team for lead handover.
- Provide weekly reports on outreach activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline status.
- Suggest improvements for sales scripts, campaigns, and lead management strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic understanding of sustainability, EPR, or compliance (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
