Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to join our inside sales team in Bengaluru. This is a high-energy, target-driven role where you’ll engage with potential members, explain our healthcare plans, and help people make informed health decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers
  • Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Clearly and persuasively explain Even’s healthcare membership plans
  • Convert leads into paying members and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
  • Keep CRM updated with lead status and follow-ups
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Collaborate with your team and participate in regular training sessions

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside/online sales (healthcare/insurance experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (regional language is a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and a fast-paced work culture
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online platforms
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and week offs (Saturday & Sunday working days)
