About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to help fuel our company’s growth. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and work closely with coaching centers, bookstores, and other partners in your assigned territory. Your contributions will directly support our strategic goals and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Target and engage coaching centers, bookstores, and other potential partners in your region.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed business targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through lead generation, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Understand client challenges and provide customized solutions that meet their objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering strategic insights and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) for a unified client experience.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development to enhance offerings.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion and retention.
- Ensure excellent post-sales service and manage client concerns effectively.
- Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related professional field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in business development, sales, or similar roles.
- Industry Background: Open to all industries; preference given to candidates from education, publishing, or related sectors.

- Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms .
