Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the construction sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent networking skills and a proven track record of driving growth and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and government bodies.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare regular business development reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. (MBA preferred.)
- 5–8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.
