Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to expand our market presence and deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales metrics and business performance regularly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
