Job Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Ahmedabad office.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, engaging in meaningful conversations, and influencing decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach and direct calling to potential clients to introduce and sell Accqrate’s suite of ERP and E-Invoicing solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospects through structured communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and align them with Accqrate’s offerings to deliver real value.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with decision makers and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to develop effective outreach campaigns and proposals.
  • Track lead generation activities, maintain CRM data, and report weekly progress on pipeline and conversions.

Your conversations will be the first impression of Accqrate, driving awareness, trust, and opportunity.

Requirements

  • Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement roles (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Personality: Energetic, confident, and extroverted, comfortable initiating conversations and driving them with clarity and purpose.
  • Mindset: Must have a strong zeal for sales, learning, and growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Ahmedabad.
