Business Development / Cold Calling & Research Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Business Development / Cold Calling & Research Specialist with strong research skills to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through cold calling, market research, and B2B lead generation, including international markets. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential domestic and international clients
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
  • Present company services clearly and professionally
  • Qualify leads and gather client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams for strategy and reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience or interest in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong research skills using LinkedIn, Google, directories, and other tools
  • Understanding of B2B client acquisition, domestic and international
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Freshers with strong communication and research abilities are welcome

Location: Lake City, Lahore (Opposite Seven Star Event Complex)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Gender: Male & Female (Both can apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
