Business Development Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to oversee and manage daily business development activities. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, market knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, partners, and internal teams. The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in driving growth initiatives and maintaining Ismail Raza LLC’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business development activities including client outreach, proposal preparation, and partnership management.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of business leads, contracts, and communications.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare reports on business development performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, market trends, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
