Business Development & Debt Recovery Executive

Role Summary

The Business Development & Debt Recovery Executive will be responsible for client acquisition, revenue growth, and systematic follow-up of debt recovery matters. The role requires strong communication skills, professional follow-up ability, and confidence in handling clients and debtors in a firm yet ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for legal consultancy and debt recovery services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research
  • Conduct client meetings and explain company services clearly and professionally
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service engagement documents
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Maintain accurate client data, follow-ups, and reporting

B. Debt Recovery & Follow-Up Responsibilities

  • Follow up with debtors via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings for outstanding payments
  • Track payment commitments, promised dates, and settlement agreements
  • Negotiate payment schedules and amicable settlements in coordination with management
  • Maintain detailed records of debtor communication and recovery status
  • Provide regular recovery status updates to clients
  • Coordinate with the legal team for escalation of default or non-responsive cases
  • Support pre-legal and legal recovery processes as required
  • Work towards achieving assigned recovery targets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
  • Business Development / Sales / Client Relations
  • Debt Recovery / Collections / Legal Follow-ups (preferred)
  • Graduation in any discipline (Business / Management preferred)
  • Mandatory Language Requirement:
  • English – Fluent
  • Hindi – Fluent
  • Experience in legal consultancy, debt recovery, corporate services, or professional services is an advantage
  • Knowledge of UAE business practices and client handling
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email communication)
