Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, ensuring a high level of excellence and securing new business opportunities. This role requires outstanding communication skills, the ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both proactive and reactive leads, identifying and targeting prospects in the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, and Canada markets using a variety of digital techniques.
• Ensure client satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality standards.
• Draft and write compelling content, emails, and proposals for projects.
• Secure new projects through bidding, client communication, proposal submission, and securing permanent contracts.
• Analyze client requirements and develop appropriate bidding strategies.
• Accurately estimate project costs based on gathered requirements.
• Submit completed bids to clients on time and within budget.
• Set up and maintain portfolios on various online platforms to acquire projects.
• Facilitate all interpersonal communication with clients and manage interactions efficiently.
• Follow up diligently with potential and existing clients to ensure project acquisition and client retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to pitch effectively to international clients through video/audio calls.
• Proven experience in acquiring projects and building a client base.
• Excellent follow-up skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management and planning skills to meet deadlines and targets.
• Experience in managing the bid process and client interactions for Web Design & Development, UI/UX Design, Mobile Application Development, and E-commerce solutions projects.
