Business Development Executive

We are hiring client Servicing & Business Development Executive

Location: Lahore

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time, On-Site)

Department: Business Development

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 150,000+ (based on experience & performance)

We’re looking for motivated, dynamic, and business-savvy professionals to join our growing media agency!

Key Responsibilies:

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, understanding their media needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
  • Drive media sales by acquiring new clients and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, digital, etc.) to align client goals with campaign execution.
  • Conduct regular follow ups with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and in person meetings.
  • Maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and develop a deep understanding of our service offerings.
  • Proactively suggest innovative ideas to boost client engagement and sales volume.
  • Ensure prompt and professional handling of client inquiries and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Media, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
