Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (construction, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams.
  • Promote and present Ducon’s product range to prospective clients with technical accuracy and value-based selling.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in coordination with the sales support team.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent Ducon and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of construction project cycles and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Languages required: English/Urdu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
