Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (construction, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams.
- Promote and present Ducon’s product range to prospective clients with technical accuracy and value-based selling.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in coordination with the sales support team.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent Ducon and build brand awareness.
- Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of construction project cycles and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
