Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Solutions & Tech Sales
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Salary: Up to PKR 80,000/month

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in tech sales, digital marketing, and IT services. You’ll be responsible for B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition across global markets. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of web development, CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento), SaaS technologies, and CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email marketing, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Sell web development services, eCommerce platforms, and custom software solutions
  • Pitch and close deals for Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento projects
  • Present SaaS solutions, CRM integrations, and digital strategies to clients
  • Create persuasive business proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to align project goals
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp)
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, project management tools, and software development
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Performance Metrics

  • 100% CRM accuracy and daily reporting via ClickUp
  • 99.9% uptime and sub-3-second load speeds for client platforms
  • 95%+ on-time delivery of proposals and integrations
  • 90%+ resolution of client issues within 24 hours

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, tech sales, or digital services
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and eCommerce ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
