We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven background in B2B tech or digital agency sales.
You’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping brands scale their digital ecosystems.
This is not a “pitch-and-forget” role — we’re looking for someone who truly understands the digital landscape, can consult clients strategically, and thrives in a performance-driven, collaborative environment.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
Generate qualified leads through research, networking, and outbound initiatives.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and technical requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (BAs, PMs, Developers, Designers) to scope project requirements.
Prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and ROI-driven solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM data and follow-ups using HubSpot.
Stay updated on WordPress, Shopify, and eCommerce technology trends.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
Represent Codup at client meetings, online demos, and industry events when needed.
3–6 years of experience in B2B software, eCommerce, or digital agency sales.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
Deep understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce), and general software project cycles.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and familiarity with tools like Canva, Jira, and Figma.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in a software house or digital agency working with international clients.
Understanding of SaaS models, productized services, or recurring client engagements.
Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across tech stacks.
