We are looking for a proactive and growth-driven Business Development Executive who specialises in generating sales through cold email prospecting, content outreach, and multichannel lead generation. The ideal candidate understands how to attract, qualify, and convert prospects for a software development company offering services like web development, mobile apps, AI automation, SaaS products, and custom software solutions.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute fast, and communicate with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build prospect lists for international markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East).
- Run and manage cold email campaigns using tools like instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, MailRush, etc.
- Write sharp, engaging cold emails that generate replies and sales conversations.
- Create, manage, and repurpose content (case studies, LinkedIn posts, sales assets, outreach snippets) to support outbound campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with outbound strategy.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads before passing them to the sales/tech team.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipelines, and daily reporting.
- Develop relationships with prospects through personalised outreach, nurturing, and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to meetings booked, leads generated, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends in software development and AI automation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in a software house or IT agency.
- Strong grip on cold emailing, list building, scraping, and outreach automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services: websites, mobile apps, SaaS, AI automation, integrations, APIs.
- Ability to write convincing outreach messaging and sales-focused content.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Zoho).
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and persistence in follow-ups.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
