Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a Business Developemnt Executive to help identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships that drive growth. This role is critical to expanding our network of brand, logistics, and ecosystem partners and turning conversations into long-term, value-creating relationships.

You’ll work closely with leadership to source opportunities, manage outreach, and support partners from first conversation through launch and ongoing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify and research potential partners aligned with our mission and business goals
  • Own outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, warm intros) to initiate partnership conversations
  • Qualify partnership opportunities and assess strategic and commercial fit

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders
  • Act as a primary point of contact during onboarding and early-stage execution
  • Ensure partners feel supported, informed, and aligned with expectations

Deal Support & Execution

  • Support partnership discussions, pilots, and proof-of-concept launches
  • Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and tech teams to execute partnerships
  • Help document partnership terms, workflows, and success metrics

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain a partnerships CRM or tracking system
  • Track outreach, conversations, deal stages, and outcomes
  • Share insights on partner feedback, objections, and market trends

Process Improvement

  • Help refine partnership messaging, pitch decks, and outbound templates
  • Contribute ideas to improve scalability and repeatability of partnerships

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or alliances
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations in parallel
  • Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, sustainability, or consumer brands
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
  • Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
