Business Development Executive

Job Type: Full Time

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international IT and software markets
  • Generate leads through online platforms, professional networks, and outbound outreach
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify leads for further engagement
  • Prepare and share proposals, pitches, and service offerings with potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with suitable solutions
  • Support senior team members in negotiations and deal closures
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow ups in CRM
  • Track pipeline and ensure consistent progress toward targets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, opportunities, and revenue
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach in a software or IT company
  • Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English
  • Basic understanding of software development services and lifecycle
  • Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self driven, target oriented, and eager to grow in a fast paced environment
