Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international IT and software markets

Generate leads through online platforms, professional networks, and outbound outreach

Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify leads for further engagement

Prepare and share proposals, pitches, and service offerings with potential clients

Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients

Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with suitable solutions

Support senior team members in negotiations and deal closures

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow ups in CRM

Track pipeline and ensure consistent progress toward targets

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, opportunities, and revenue

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
-
1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach in a software or IT company
-
Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English

Basic understanding of software development services and lifecycle

Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is a plus

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self driven, target oriented, and eager to grow in a fast paced environment
