Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help us expand into international markets. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our IT services and software development solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys networking, and wants to grow into a senior business development or sales leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in target industries
  • Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers via LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Book qualified meetings and support the sales team in closing deals
  • Track and manage outreach activities in CRM systems
  • Contribute to sales strategy and outbound growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or lead generation
  • Prior experience in IT services, software development, or digital agencies preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to research companies and identify key decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

Salary & Benefits

  • PKR 70,000 – 170,000 per month (depending on experience)
