Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) with up to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment/business development processes, including contract and permanent hiring, and be confident in client communication and lead generation through multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and Glassdoor
  • Assist in handling contract and permanent job requirements
  • Support staff augmentation activities and client coordination
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand hiring needs
  • Schedule meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain and update calendars for meetings, follow-ups, and tasks
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist in proposal writing and business pitches
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
  • Up to 1 year of experience (fresh candidates with strong skills can also apply)
  • Basic understanding of contract & permanent hiring
  • Knowledge of staff augmentation processes
  • Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and Glassdoor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to schedule meetings and manage calendars efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
