Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or project acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and bringing in new projects/clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying clients or projects
  • Actively bring in new projects and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Research market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or project acquisition
  • Proven ability to bring in clients or projects (strong plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong lead generation and closing skills
  • Confidence in client interaction and presentations
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales / freelancing platforms / agency environment
  • Understanding of digital sales channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
