Business Development Executive

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating, nurturing, and converting international leads for our AI-powered Product Discovery and ERP (Odoo) solutions. This is a target-driven role focused on building a strong sales pipeline and closing opportunities across key markets including the UK, USA, UAE, Oman, and West Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, generate, and qualify high-quality leads across UK, USA, UAE, Oman, and West Asia markets.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Build, manage, and continuously grow a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage prospects and convert leads into qualified meetings, demos, and business opportunities.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach, including InMail campaigns and strategic engagement.
  • Conduct compelling product demos (virtual and in-person) and drive pre-sales conversations.
  • Understand client needs and position AI and ERP solutions effectively to close deals.
  • Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management to drive conversions.
  • Track and optimize performance using CRM tools and digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on market trends across target regions to refine outreach and sales strategies.

What We Look For

  • 4–5 years of experience in Business Development and Digital Marketing with a strong sales focus.
  • Proven track record of international lead generation and conversion, particularly in UK, USA, UAE, Oman, or West Asia.
  • Strong command of English with excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, InMail campaigns, and digital prospecting.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines, leads, and conversions.
  • Ability to confidently conduct product demos and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions; ERP (Odoo) knowledge is a plus.
  • Highly target-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS or AI-based solutions in international markets.
  • Understanding of eCommerce or retail technology landscape.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prior exposure to clients in UK, USA, UAE, Oman, or West Asia regions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
