Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (0–2 years exp) who is ready to stop selling "generic services" and start selling the high-ticket strategy.

This role is for you if:

  • You have an "owner" mindset. You don’t want to be a cog; you want to help build a growth engine.
  • You are bored with standard sales and want to learn how to navigate complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • You are tech-curious and want to understand how AI, Data Engineering, and Low-Code are actually transforming businesses.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Pipeline Development: Driving our presence across major ecosystems (Upwork, Fiverr, Contra, Freelancer, etc.) to identify and capture high-intent leads.
  • Strategic Outreach: Crafting high-converting, personalized proposals that focus on "Product Thinking" and ROI, not just technical specs.
  • Portfolio & Profile Management: Maintaining our repository of client success stories and ensuring our agency profiles across all platforms are polished, up-to-date, and reflect our latest wins.
  • Growth Ops: Managing our CRM and lead-tracking systems to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Plus points if:

  • You have experience with Apollo.io for lead intelligence and outreach.
  • You have a basic understanding of Low-Code or Data tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
