Location: Indore, India
Experience: 0.6 – 2 years (Freshers with internship experience are welcome)

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Executive to become a part of our growing team. The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a foundational knowledge of the sales process, and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients. This position is ideal for someone who’s eager to build a career in business development, contribute to company growth, and work in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online sources, social media, and professional networks.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong business pipeline.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Support the creation of proposals, client presentations, and project pitches.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue goals.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and lead tracking systems.
  • Keep up with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • A goal-driven mindset with an analytical and problem-solving approach.
  • Prior internship or experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
