Business Development Executive (BDE)

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Dammam. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and service pitches.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and report on key performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic
