Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Associate to join our expanding team in Riyadh. This is a key role for a results-oriented professional who excels at identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Please note, relocation to Riyadh is a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform growth strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven success in business development, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Middle East market is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a strong asset.
