Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: G1 Market, Johar Town, Lahore
Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 plus commission

Professional’s World is a leading BPO and digital services company working with international clients to deliver high-quality business solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Identifying and qualifying potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Setting up appointments and meetings for the sales team
• Maintaining and updating lead databases and CRM tools
• Achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation or business development (preferably in BPO or digital marketing sector)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
