Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and smart Business Development Executive with experience or strong knowledge in E-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth through direct market visits, client meetings, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market visits to identify new business prospects and potential clients.
  • Handle client visits and meetings to present company offerings and close deals.
  • Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through different channels including online and offline platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in E-commerce business development is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel for market and client visits as required.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
